Hello, I’m Bill Mead, a 62-year-old photographer with a lifelong passion for capturing the world through my lens. My photography takes me in many directions — from the delicate details of nature and wildlife, to the vast mysteries of space and the night sky, and the enduring power and elegance of aircraft.

I shoot with a Canon R5 Mark II, pairing its technical excellence with my creative eye, and refine my images in Adobe Lightroom to bring out the atmosphere and emotion of each moment.

For me, photography is about more than just pictures — it’s about preserving memories, sharing perspectives, and celebrating the subjects that inspire wonder. Every frame I create is a reflection of my curiosity and love for the world around us.
